Refund Policy

Refund requests for STS2 Managed Controls are reviewed case by case. The current standard policy is as follows.
Standard window
- Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Requests should be sent to support@auth.cilabworks.com with the purchase email and order details.
Situations likely to qualify
- Duplicate purchases.
- Activation key delivery failure that support cannot resolve.
- Technical incompatibility on a supported setup that support cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
- Accidental purchase where the activation key has not been substantially used.
Situations generally not refundable
- Change of mind after successful activation and use.
- Requests based only on future game patches, mod conflicts, or unsupported environments disclosed by the product description.
- Misuse contrary to the Terms of Service.
Payment processing
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Processing times may depend on
Lemon Squeezy and the payment provider.
